We manage and monitor medicine for the individuals that we care for. This involves basic medication at home. Starting from helping them in ordering and collecting priscriptions. We understand that, there are times taking medication can easly be forgotten or doesn’t like taking medicines, we can be present to prompt and encourage them to take their regular prescribed medication. We keep accurate records of medication administration so that the doctor can see that all is well or if any changes are required.
